- 68 year old from Miami, Florida. Been racing online since 1992. I am too old these days for track racing, it requires being able to see corner markers and have swift reaction times. What we receive as we get older is a wisdom that can overcome our need to catch the most air or push faster blindly, even if it hurts. Dakar is perfect for me, I am a sailor a carpenter and Sim Pilot for more than 30 years. I know my angles and my compass and I know how to treat the car. She must be allowed to dance, treat her gently and let her reach the finish line, if you can do that without fail Stage after Stage, you have a good chance in the dunes.
